‘Die Kostbar’ was born out of an essential need of an alternative approach to heal and prevent my own and modern society diseases. Curious about traditional medicine, I wanted to explore and revitalize the treasure of phytotherapy’s heritage. While researching in the field, I wanted to share the knowledge as an open source event. The mobile exhibition set up is built as a modular concept to allow a dynamic educational event, where people interact and learn by exploring, tasting and enjoying a casual environment. The whole workshop is always assisted by a professional herbal expert, to guarantee correct therapy approach.
